Life Before and After 3 Kids

I have always been that child with extra flesh and weight. Growing up, I was mocked by my dad, who thought it was his own way of pushing me to lose a few KG. He always compared me to my elder sister, who has always been skinny and is still skinny. After years of mockery, I grew a thick skin and ignored everyone. Although I have always been chubby, I did exercise in school and was on the track team. Prior to moving to the United States for College, I weighed 150 lbs and most of my weight was around my stomach and thighs. After moving to the United States, I lived on own and found it difficult adjusting to a new environment without my parents. I relied on Burger Kings and Panda Express from 2008 to 2012. In Summer of 2012, I suffered depression. During my Depression, I was so sick that my body rejected food for months, which led to me suffering stomach ulcers.
